Bordered by Yonge Street to the west, Bayview Avenue to the east, Blythwood Ravine to the south, and Lawrence Avenue to the north, Lawrence Park South includes the area west of Avenue Road south to Eglinton Avenue. South Riverdale is bounded by Don Valley Parkway to the west, Greenwood Avenue to the east, and lies south of Gerrard Street. Commonly referred to as Leslieville/Riverside, the area has recently experienced a move towards trendy transformation, with cafes, boutiques, and specialty shops springing up.
Little Portugal is a highly-walkable, mainly residential neighbourhood with a thriving social scene. It’s bounded on the west by Lansdowne Avenue, on the north by College Street, on the east by Ossington Avenue, and on the south by the CNR/CPR mainline railway tracks.

For over one hundred years, Rosedale-Moorepark has held the distinction of being Toronto's most fashionable address. Many of Toronto's wealthiest and most prominent citizens reside here - who wouldn’t love to be surrounded by beautiful ravines and parkland, yet be just a few minutes from Toronto's major business, entertainment, and shopping districts?
The Annex, bounded by Dupont Street to the north, south to Bloor Street, west to Bathurst Street and east to Avenue Road also includes the neighbourhoods of Seaton Village, parts of Koreatown and Yorkville. It has a dynamic street scene, accessible public transit system, proximity to the University, and the business and entertainment districts.
Danforth is a thriving, primarily Greek neighbourhood filled with residences and plentiful cafes, restaurants and bars. It’s easily accessible via the TTC’s Yonge and Bloor line, with buses catering to north-south transportation.
Located between College Street on the north and Queen Street West on the south and between Bathurst and Dovercourt lays the neighbourhood of Trinity Bellwoods, which also forms part of the West-Queen-West district. Here you’ll find pedestrian and bicycling paths, tennis courts, and playgrounds as well as galleries, bars and cafes.
Also known affectionately as Deer Park, the Yonge - St. Clair neighbourhood is bounded by a section of the Rosedale ravine to the east, Farnham Avenue and Jackes Avenue in the south, Avenue Road and Oriole Parkway in the west, the Belt Line trail in the north on the west side of Yonge Street, and Glen Elm Avenue in the north on the east side of Yonge Street.
